This policy explains how Paramet.io ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use paramet.io and the Paramet.io application.
Data we collect
- Account data: name (optional), email address and the sign-in identifier provided by our authentication provider. We never store your password.
- Usage data: models opened, exports, feature usage, device and browser information, IP address.
- Content: designs, projects and files you create or upload.
- Billing data: handled by Paddle.com. We receive your plan, subscription status, country and a customer ID. We never see or store your full card details.
- Support: messages you send to support@paramet.io.
How we use it
- To provide the Service and your plan's features and limits.
- To process subscriptions through Paddle.
- To send service emails (account, security, billing, important changes).
- To improve the Service and prevent abuse.
We do not send marketing emails.
Legal bases (EU/UK)
Contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement, abuse prevention), consent (where required) and legal obligations.
Who we share data with
- Paddle.com – payments, invoicing and tax (Merchant of Record).
- Clerk – sign-in, account security and account emails (verification codes, password resets).
- Contabo (Germany) – hosting of the application, API and database.
- Amazon Web Services – file storage and content delivery for the designs and files you upload or export.
- Our compute providers (Fly.io, Scaleway) – server-side processing of your designs when a model is prepared or exported.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. To delete your account, email support@paramet.io; we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the Turkish KVKK), you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email support@paramet.io. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here and notify you of material changes.
