Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your first payment for a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first subscription payment only, not to renewals.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Annual plans

Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day guarantee for the first payment. After 14 days, annual payments are not refundable.

Licenses after a refund

If a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends immediately and so does the license that came with it, including any Commercial License.

How to request a refund

Email support@paramet.io with the email address used at checkout, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal under the laws of your country.
