Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paramet.io website and application (the "Service"), operated by Paramet.io ("Paramet.io", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our License Agreement, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. The Service
Paramet.io is an online parametric customizer for 3D-printable models. You can adjust models in your browser and export files for 3D printing, within the limits of your plan.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Team members must each use their own login.
3. Plans, limits and fair use
- Plans, prices, limits and the license included with each plan are shown on our pricing page. They may change over time; the pricing page always shows the current offer.
- Export limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused exports do not roll over.
- "Unlimited" means no fixed monthly cap for normal individual and team use. Automated or bulk downloading, scraping, sharing accounts outside your team, or usage that harms the Service for others is not permitted, and we may apply rate limits or contact you.
- We may change features or limits of plans. Changes that reduce your plan take effect at your next renewal and we will notify you in advance.
4. Licenses
Each plan includes either the Personal License or the Commercial License, as shown on our pricing page and described in our License Agreement.
- Personal License: personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell prints.
- Commercial License: you may sell physical 3D-printed products made from your designs while your subscription is active.
- Commercial use never includes selling, sharing or distributing digital files. On every plan, exported files and base models may not be resold or redistributed.
- The Commercial License ends when your paid subscription ends. See the License Agreement for details.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
- Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; the remaining part of the current period is prorated. To move to a lower plan, cancel your current plan and choose the new one when the current period ends.
- If a payment fails, we may limit your account to Free features until payment succeeds.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends immediately.
6. Teams
The plan owner can invite team members up to the plan's seat limit. The plan owner is responsible for team members' use. If your team has more members than your plan allows — for example after a cancellation — members beyond the limit cannot use the Service until the team is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal, harmful or infringing.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service, or build a competing product from it.
- Bypass limits, security or technical protections.
- Use the Service to create weapons or weapon parts.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and the base models in our library are owned by Paramet.io or its licensors. Your rights to use outputs are set out in the License Agreement. You keep the rights to content you create yourself; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@paramet.io. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the License Agreement. On termination your licenses end as described in the License Agreement.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Exported files are digital designs; you are responsible for checking that printed objects are safe and suitable for their intended use. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and notify account holders of material changes by email before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
